Welcome to the Greater Manchester web page

I’m sure you’ll agree that Manchester is a city to be proud of. But like any other community, it is home to many who, for different reasons, are struggling to hold their marriages and families together.

Care for the Family cares about Greater Manchester and wants to strengthen family life and help those hurting because of family breakdown. And that’s why, in 2005, Care for the Family appointed me as Community Manager in Greater Manchester. In that time, we’ve established important links with local authorities, voluntary bodies, and churches in the area.

I’d really love to hear from you if you, too, want to see family life strengthened in Greater Manchester. And give me a call if you’d like me to speak to your local group about Care for the Family’s work, plans for the future, and how you can use our resources to make a difference in your community.

At this time, I’m particularly focussing my work in the borough of Stockport, so I’d be especially interested to talk to you if you live in this area.
